Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

The Lawn Guys is committed to delivering safe, professional, and high-quality lawn care services. By hiring or continuing service with us, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Service Results Not Guaranteed

Lawn care results can vary due to environmental conditions such as weather, soil quality, watering habits, pests, and more. While we make every effort to improve and maintain your lawn, specific results and timelines are not guaranteed.

2. Property Conditions

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known hazards on the property, including but not limited to: irrigation lines, pet fencing, underground wiring, or obstacles that could pose a safety risk or be subject to damage during routine service. [Company Name] is not responsible for damages to unmarked or improperly installed systems.

3. Glass and Breakables Waiver of Liability

Despite our caution, flying debris from lawn equipment (such as rocks, sticks, or mulch) can occasionally cause accidental damage, including to windows, doors, or glass items.

By agreeing to service, the client waives all liability and holds [Company Name], its employees, and contractors harmless for any unintentional breakage of glass or other fragile items located near mowing or trimming areas.

Clients should remove or protect fragile items near service zones. If breakage does occur, we will make a good faith effort to communicate and resolve the matter reasonably.

4. Zero Tolerance for Aggression or Intimidation

We expect respectful and professional communication. Threats, intimidation, or aggressive behavior toward our staff — for any reason, including damage claims — will result in immediate suspension or termination of service and may be reported to authorities if necessary.

5. Weather & Scheduling

Service may be postponed due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. We will notify clients as early as possible to reschedule.

6. Product Use

Fertilizers, herbicides, or pest treatments may be used during service. Please follow all instructions and keep pets and children off treated areas for the recommended time. Inform us of any allergies or concerns in advance.

7. Access to Property

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access by securing pets, unlocking gates, and removing obstacles. Missed service due to inaccessibility may result in a $25 service fee. 

8. Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
