We serve Columbia and surrounding areas including Lexington, Irmo, Chapin, Elgin, and more. 


We offer lawn maintenance, hedge trimming, lawn treatments (i.e. mosquito treatment, aeration, detaching, fertilization, weed control, etc.), landscaping, sod installation, overseeing, and more. We hope to add pressure washing to our services list in the near future. 


Yes. We can do a customer maintenance plan, beautification plan, landscape plan, and more. 


We do not require a contract but we do price based on service frequency. Therefore if the frequency of your service changes so will your price. And we do appreciate a 2 weeks notice if you are considering ending service. 


We serve Columbia and surrounding areas including Lexington, Irmo, Chapin, Elgin, and more. 


We provide free estimates. Quotes for some services can be provided using online tools. Other services require in person inspections. In most cases the client does not have to be present. Quotes must be formally accepted by the customer before any work is begins. 


We recommend weekly service for the best results. However, the customer can select weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed. Our pricing is partially based on frequency so the less frequent you receive service the more the service will cost. 


Yes, we provide all necessary equipment for our services.


Our pricing is based on the size of your lawn, frequency of services, and any additional requests or special considerations.


This depends on our current workload and the area you are located. Ideally we can get you taken care of within 48 hours. 


No. It is rare when our customer is home during service because we typically are there during the business day. Even if the customer is home you are not required to make contact unless you have a question or concern. 


We ask that you do your best to keep the yard free of dog poop, toys, debris, etc. We send notifications the day prior, day of, and when in route to your home. I greatly appreciate if you take the time when you get these notifications to ensure the yard is free of these items. 


If you prefer your yard to be serviced at a specific time we will try our best to accommodate but this is very difficult in our line of work. We never knew when a customer may have an additional request, we have equipment issue, or we get stuck in traffic. We also add jobs up until the start of the business day so your place in line could shift at the last minute. We do send a notification when we are headed to your home. 


In the event of rain or weather that prevents service we will automatically reschedule you for the next available day. This is typically the very next day unless we have more rain. We it is apparently we will have significant rain in advance we will begin pulling jobs forward to get them do ahead of the inclement weather. 


We do our very best to use environmentally and people friendly products. In some instances we may use a product that needs time to sit before animals and people are on the lawn such as pest and weed control products. In most cases this time is only an hour or two. If more time is needed will will be sure to make you aware. 


We offer online payment using electronic check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Cashapp. 


Some services require a down payment. If you are required to make a deposit you will be notified in the quote and the exact amount will be listed. In some instances customer will be required to prepay for services or have a form of payment saved in their profile. This is typically customers that have a history of delinquent of non-payments.  


Yes! We provide a detailed description of the work to be performed and make every effort to ensure we are 100% on the same page with the customer. If failed to ask questions or clarify something or you are simply not satisfied we will do what it takes to provide an acceptable product. If the customers has a change of heart after the work is done there may be additional cost associated with changes/adjustments. This may come into place when a customer selects a certain type of plant and changes their mind. We may not be able to return certain products and will have to charge for the additional cost and potential labor. 


We service both residential and commercial properties.
